This document describes the perspective of Hatty#6636 regarding the incident with SparksUwU#8282, supplemented with chat logs from private DMs and the #rp-discussion channel on the UHT:LL Discord server.

Reminder: Hatty does NOT endorse the harrassment of SparksUwU on any platform. The purpose of this document is to ensure that information regarding this incident is clear and accessible to all.

Background Information

Who is SparksUwU? (reading time 20 sec)

Sparks was a member of the UHT:LL Dev Team (removed as of Feb 1st, 2022) who was invited to join the team given their music skills.

Later on, Sparks accepted the responsibility of coordinating the members of the dev team skilled with music, VA, and SFX as part of an initiative by Hatty to reduce amount of micromanagement required to run the team (given Hatty’s current permanent part-time job in real life that involves 7 hours of work on weekdays)

How did you get hooked into this fangame and server? What do you think about the fangame so far?-as a degenerate i've been a long time fan of the comic and was hyped for the game. So like the degenerate I am wanted to keep tabs on the games progress

Hatty receives a message from Sparks regarding ‘urgent’ issue (repeated poor behavior from The Rock Man with the Rock Plan#3374 AKA “Ton” in RP channels), and concurrent message from one of the moderator team providing context with this issue.

Considering information from the moderator and from examining chat logs on server, Hatty makes decision to ban both Sparks and Rock from RP channels for 28 days, sending message to both to inform them of incoming ban.
